Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, my journey into health and fitness wasn’t a straight line. I began my career in international trade and business management, but after years of working and moving between countries, I found my true passion – helping people transform their health and lives.

Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, I’m a Registered Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and certifications in personal training and advanced nutrition.

My approach is about cutting through the noise and focusing on what really works for busy people who want lasting results.
